Worth a detour

  • Alyosha Monument

Bunardzhik's summit with the monument is 10 minutes of stairs off the alley.

Good to know

  • Water Shops are sparse between Tzar Simeon Garden and the canal — carry water for the hills.
  • Terrain Dzhendem tepe's trails are rocky; in rain, skirt the hill along the boulevard.

The route runs over 8 kilometres with two hills — pace yourself and cut stops without guilt.
