A museum day for the rain

house museums, galleries and a 19th-century pharmacy

The bad-weather plan: eight interiors within footsteps of each other in the Old Town — the ethnographic museum, the painted houses, two galleries and the Hippocrates pharmacy museum. Short dashes outside, long stays inside.

Worth a detour

Good to know

  • Terrain Wet cobbles are the slipperiest part of the route — step on the joints.
  • Food Cafés are scarce inside the reserve — pick up coffee in Kapana on your way.

Museum closing days differ (often Monday or Tuesday) and each house tickets separately — check before setting out.
